What We Shipped, and When

Every change that reaches customers, written up in plain English. We publish the fixes as well as the features — a changelog that only ever announces good news isn't a changelog, it's an advert.

Email into tickets, end to end

Tenant email now becomes a ticket on its own, threads to the right conversation, and shows up on the ticket timeline where your team is already looking.

  • New Inbound mail from a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox attaches itself to the matching ticket automatically. Anything it can't place is set aside for triage rather than guessed at.
  • New Auto-attached mail appears on the ticket timeline alongside comments and status changes, so the whole history of an issue reads in one place.
  • Improved Invoice PDFs now match the preview in Settings exactly, logo included — what you approve is what the tenant receives.
  • Improved Tickets are scoped to the tenant that raised them, with guards on office assignment.
  • Fixed Shared mailboxes now sync correctly, and mail from them reaches the service desk.
  • Fixed Ticket reference numbers are now guaranteed unique.
  • Fixed Mail already sitting in the queue when a mailbox is connected is picked up, rather than only new arrivals.
  • Fixed A mailbox sync no longer resets the triage state of mail you had already sorted.

Contracts, signing and the service desk

Tenancy paperwork got substantially better: renewals can change terms, and what a tenant signs is now the fully merged document they'll actually be held to.

  • New Connect Microsoft 365 mailboxes per mailbox, with triage — the foundation for email-driven ticketing.
  • New Service desk locations, office lifecycle states and a notice flow for tenants leaving.
  • Improved Renewals can now adjust terms rather than only extending on identical ones.
  • Improved Signing shows the merged document on both signing paths, so nobody signs a template with unfilled fields.
  • Improved Document previews are reused while their inputs are unchanged, so contract-heavy screens load faster.
  • Fixed Contract field merging now fills every field it should.
  • Fixed A signing link resolves against the correct tenant.

Finance moves server-side

Invoices and expenses are now created and locked down on the server, which closes the gap where a browser could have written figures it shouldn't.

  • Improved Invoice and expense creation moved server-side, so financial records can only be written by the platform itself.
  • Improved Per-tenant isolation enforced throughout, with commercial terms and SSO credentials separated from the shared client record.
  • Fixed Invoice numbering can no longer overwrite an existing invoice.
