The tenant portal lets your tenants raise tickets, book rooms and see their own account without ringing reception.
What tenants can do
- Raise a maintenance ticket and follow it
- Book a meeting room at their tenant rate
- See their invoices and what is outstanding
- Keep their own contact details current
Giving access
Add the person as a contact against their company, then invite them to the portal. Tenants only ever see the portal — never the dashboard, and never another tenant's anything.
What they see on a ticket
Tenants see the ticket, its status and the replies on the thread.
Whether they also see internal assignment — the "Assigned to …" entries — is your choice: Settings → Tickets → Tenants can see ticket assignments. Off keeps internal ownership internal while still showing tenants that their issue is progressing. Some operators prefer tenants to see the named contractor; others would rather not invite the follow-up call.
Branding
On Professional the portal carries your logo, your colours and your domain — see White-label branding. Tenants should feel like they are dealing with you.
Getting them using it
Send the invitation with the first ticket you resolve through it. A tenant who has seen it work once stops emailing.
