White-label branding is included on the Professional plan and above. Everything a tenant sees carries your identity rather than ours.

Where it lives

Settings → 🎨 Branding.

What you can set

  • Colour SchemePrimary, Secondary and Accent colours, with Preset Palettes if you'd rather start from something that already works
  • Logo and Favicon — click to upload or drag and drop
  • App / PWA Name — what appears under the installed home-screen icon
  • Corner Radius — how rounded the interface is
  • Default Theme — the light or dark mode people start in
  • Typography & Shape
  • Card Title and Button Text on tenant-facing screens

A Preview panel shows the result as you go, and Reset to Default puts it back.

Under General

Settings → ⚙️ General holds the things that aren't visual but are just as much "your identity":

  • Organisation Name
  • Contact Email — the primary contact address for your organisation
  • Timezone
  • Building Floors — add and name floors, which the rest of the platform hangs off

What branding changes

  • The tenant portal and the installed mobile app
  • The home screen icon and splash screen
  • Every outbound email — ticket updates, booking confirmations, invoices, renewal reminders
  • Generated documents, including tenancy agreements
  • The booking widget you embed on your own website

Do this before inviting tenants

First impressions of a tenant portal are hard to redo. Set branding, then invite. It also cuts support questions — tenants recognise your logo on an email and don't wonder who WorkHub are.

Practical notes

  • Upload the highest-resolution logo you have; it's scaled down for the app icon, and a small source looks soft on a retina screen.
  • Check your primary colour against white text. A pale brand colour with white text on it fails accessibility contrast and is genuinely hard to read.
  • Preview on a phone as well as a desktop before you're happy.

Custom domain

Running the tenant portal on your own domain is arranged during onboarding rather than self-service, as it needs DNS records and a certificate. Ask your account contact.
